EDMONTON x–13s. Alberta’s police watchdog says there’ll be no criminal charges for two police officers who broke rules when they surveilled a legislature member. The Alberta Prosecution Service determined the circumstances didn’t meet its test to go to court, but N-D-P M-L-A Shannon Phillips says it’s a relief to have some acknowledgment of the harm it caused her.
