The United Nations’ top court ordered Israel today to immediately halt its military offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, but stopped short of ordering a ceasefire for the enclave. Palestinian ambassador Riyad Mansour (ree-YAHD’ mahn-SOOR’) says he expects Israel to comply with the order.
