Kilmer Sports Ventures, led by Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment chairman Larry Tanenbaum, is paying 115 (m) million dollars (U-S) for an expansion franchise in the professional women’s basketball league starting in 2026. Tanenbaum says the team will represent more than just Toronto.
