EDMONTON. x–10s. Alberta Forestry Minister Todd Loewen says rainfall over the past week has reduced the risk of wildfires significantly. Loewen says fire crews have been able to make progress, including in the Fort McMurray area. But he says things can change from good to bad in a hurry.
