VALLEY VIEW, Texas. x–14s. A powerful tornado that plowed through a rural area of northern Texas is being blamed for seven deaths in Cooke County, near the Oklahoma border. Cooke County Sheriff Ray Sappington visited one of the flattened homes where a fatality occurred.
