KYIV, Ukraine. x–22s. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukrainian forces have taken back parts of the Kharkiv (HAR’-keev) region that were attacked by Russian troops earlier this month. This is sound of Zelenskyy saying “I held a security meeting in Kharkiv. There were reports of military leaders of special services from regional and city authorities. Our soldiers have now managed to take under their control the territory on the border where the Russian invaders entered. I thank every unit that provides the necessary results in the destruction of the occupier.”
