SASKATOON. x–04s. The head of Saskatchewan’s R-C-M-P major crimes unit says drugs helped fuel an attack by violent gang members on an Edmonton woman nearly five years ago. Tiki Laverdiere (TEE’-kee LAH’-ver-deer) had been tortured and killed while she was in North Battleford, Saskatchewan in May 2019. Joshua Graham is a superintendent with the Saskatchewan R-C-M-P.
