UNDATED. x–21s. At least nine people were killed and 63 others were injured last night after a stage collapsed during a campaign rally near Monterrey, Mexico. A-B-C’s Matt Rivers reports a strong gust of wind toppled the stage as presidential long-shot candidate Jorge Alvarez Maynez was about to speak, and he ran to escape a falling structure.
