COOKE COUNTY, Tx. x–14s. Severe weather has left hundreds of thousands residents without power in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. Cooke County sheriff Ray Sappington says at least five people are dead near hard hit area Valley View, Texas following last night storms and at least one tornado.
