MONTREAL. x–20s. Experts say Canada Post needs drastic measures to stop the fiscal bleeding and revamp its operations after a tough decade. Last year, the Crown corporation lost three-quarters of a billion dollars on the back of changing consumer habits and competitors gobbling up more of the parcel market. But as Canadian Press reporter Christopher Reynolds explains, the main problem is people just aren’t sending as many letters as they used to.
