UNDATED. x–12s. The United Nations’ top court has ordered Israel to immediately stop its military offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. Israel can disregard Friday’s ruling since the I-C-C has no jurisdiction. However, former U-S Pentagon official Mick Mulroy says the judgment adds to the “court of international public opinion.” He says he believes it’s possible the judgement could push Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu closer to considering a ceasefire agreement.
