Atletico Madrid were back to winning ways against Leganes on Sunday, running out 3-1 winners despite going behind at the Metropolitano. Some Colchoneros were left wondering what the cost was though, after Clement Lenglet and Pablo Barrios both exited with injuries.

Neither is as serious as first thought though, with Diario AS saying there is relief in both instances. Lenglet has suffered a sprained ankle and a sprained knee, but will be back after around a month out, when there were fears that his ligaments could have been affected.

Barrios will be back even sooner, after he was diagnosed with a muscle injury that will keep him out for 10-15 days. He had only just returned from an issue in September which kept him out for a month, but he will be back at the latest by the end of the November international break.

In theory, he could return for their league fixture against Las Palmas on the third of November, missing Lille in the Champions League, Real Betis, and Vic in the Copa del Rey. He is likely to be available for their trip to the Parc des Princes to face Paris Saint-Germain. Lenglet will not be playing on home soil, or away against RCD Mallorca, but could see the pitch again when Los Rojiblancos host Alaves on the 23rd.
