Randal Kolo Muani (25) became the only France player to score from open play at EURO 2024 last night as the pre-tournament favourites were eliminated by Spain. However, Kolo Muani will be in the news again this morning after Sports Zone reported that Atlético de Madrid have made him their priority this summer with Álvaro Morata (31) looking likely to leave the Spanish capital after being linked with a move to AC Milan

Atlético believe that the Kolo Muani could compensate for the loss of Morata, although it is also being reported that the club are considering a plan B if they cannot convince either Paris Saint-Germain or the Frenchman to agree to a deal. That plan B would be to target Girona’s Artem Dovbyk (27) and secure the signature of last season’s top scorer in La Liga.

Despite the links, Sports Zone writes that there has been no indication from Kolo Muani that he wants to leave PSG after just one season at the capital club. The forward had a disappointing debut with the French champions, but will likely take heart from the reports that the club are not looking at bringing in another striker this summer
