According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal have set a €35m asking price for Olympique de Marseille target Eddie Nketiah (26). The Ligue 1 and Premier League clubs have still be unable to find an agreement after Les Olympiens’ latest offer for the English forward.

Marseille’s latest offer for Nketiah is in the region of €27m and the Gunners have rejected this, Romano reports. Arsenal would want a sell-on clause included in any deal to sell the 26-year-old in addition to the €35m fee. The former England U21 international is interested in a move to the south of France and has agreed personal terms with OM.

Marseille looking elsewhere?

Fabrizio Romano reports that Marseille could now begin to look at other targets after their latest offer was rejected by the Premier League club. This could be seen in their agreement on personal terms with Dortmund attacker Youssoufa Moukoko. Negotiations have begun with the Bundesliga club over a potential transfer.
