After a year off the Emirates Cup is back at Arsenal, and it promises to be another feast of football for Gunners' fans.

Sevilla, RB Leipzig and Benfica have been lined up for this weekend's fixtures in North London as the hosts look to retain a title they have won in four of its eight stagings.

Of course Arsene Wenger will be more concerned with his charges developing form and fitness than earning a pre-season trinket, but he sees plenty of benefit to the tournament.

"[There is] less pressure and everyone can enjoy it and look at the young players coming up and the new players coming in," he told the Arsenal website.

"It is a great two days, I missed it last year - I am very happy to have it back again as I was very sad we couldn’t organise it last year."

ARSENAL TEAM NEWS

Arsene Wenger is likely to use a largely unchanged squad from that which featured on the tour of Australia and China though some players who were left behind - including Kieran Gibbs, Lucas Perez and Mathieu Debuchy - might feature as Arsenal look to put them in the shop window.

Alexandre Lacazette will make his first appearance in front of the Emirates crowd and key names including Mesut Ozil, Laurent Koscielny and Petr Cech are also likely to feature.

However those who played in international tournaments this summer, most notably Alexis Sanchez, Hector Bellerin and Shkodran Mustafi, are unlikely to feature before next week's Community Shield.

That should open the door for youngsters including Reiss Nelson, one of Arsenal's best performers in their pre-season games so far, to get more game time.

TEAMS

Benfica: The Portuguese champions could bring former Arsenal player Chris Willock back to the Emirates after they won the race to sign the young winger. Brazilian trio Jonas, Julio Cesar and Filipe Augusto also feature in an impressive squad.

Sevilla: It has been a summer of transition for the Spanish side, who lost head coach Jorge Sampaoli to Argentina, captain Vicente Iborra to Leicester and star winger Vitolo to Atletico Madrid. They have however added to a talented squad, bringing in former Manchester City forward Nolito.

RB Leipzig: The arrivistes of German football ended last season second to Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga and have one of Europe's most coveted stars in Guinean midfielder Naby Keita.
