The futures of two high-profile members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid beyond the summer remain undecided.

That’s according to El Larguero, who point towards Andriy Lunin and Dani Ceballos as the pair in question.

Both goalkeeper Lunin and midfielder Ceballos have of course seen their names positioned front and centre in the media chatter in Spain’s capital over the course of recent weeks.

As much comes amid ongoing speculation surrounding the plans of the two Blancos stars for next season.

Both Lunin and Ceballos are understood to be keen to secure more regular game-time, giving consideration to seeking out a new adventure outside of Madrid as a result.

And despite ongoing discussions between the duo and those behind the scenes at the Santiago Bernabéu, the situation, as things stand at least, remains completely unclear.

As per El Larguero:

‘Lunin and Ceballos are two of the players who have their future in the air with Real Madrid.’

It is concluded that ‘anything could happen’ with either player, with neither a sale nor their continuation for next season having been ruled out.
