Anthony Gordon Is Starting | 4-3-3 Newcastle United Predicted Lineup vs Aston Villa
Newcastle United scored 11 goals in their last three games and is on a roll. Their next game is scheduled against Aston Villa, who will be heading into the game after beating Manchester City. Hence, it will be a good clash to watch out for.
The Magpies are high in confidence and with home support, they can overpower the Villans. It will also be a key game for them considering the fact that they have to face the likes of Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Arsenal in upcoming games.
4-3-3 Newcastle United Predicted Lineup vs Aston Villa
Defence
Good saves and smooth footwork, Martin Dubravka was great to watch. He will take up the duties with the gloves on yet again. Right-back Tino Livramento had a mixed game and he should be motivated to do better with his opportunity.
Fabian Schar and Dan Burn are at work at the heart of the defence. They will have to play an instrumental role if the Magpies want to clinch the victory against the Villans. No doubt over the selection of Lewis Hall as the left-back in the lineup.
Midfield
Bruno Guimaraes was excellent with his ball recoveries in the middle of the park and was unfortunate to not find the back of the net. He is deployed in the midfield yet again and will have the company of Sandro Tonali.
Notably, Joe Willock wasn’t convincing enough but might be lucky to not get excluded this time.
Attack
The offensive line again consists of the duo Jacob Murphy and Alexander Isak, who were lethal against Aston Villa. On the other hand, Anthony Gordon had an off day and needs to redeem himself in this game.
Newcastle United will be without the services of Callum Wilson, Jamaal Lascelles, Nick Pope, Emil Krafth, and Sven Botman. However, Joelinton is available again after having served his suspension.
