The much-anticipated 2024 NFL season is here.

The season kicks off Thursday night with a battle of AFC heavyweights, as the Baltimore Ravens take on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.

The NFL will also have a rare Friday night game in its opening week slate, as the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles will face off in Brazil.

The action resumes Sunday afternoon, with eight games scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. ET. Some of the marquee matchups in this slate include the Jacksonville Jaguars taking on the Miami Dolphins and the AFC South battle between the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts.

There are four games scheduled for the afternoon window Sunday, highlighted by the Dallas Cowboys traveling to Ohio to take on the Cleveland Browns. Sunday's action comes to a close with a juicy Sunday Night Football matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions.

Week 1 comes to an end when the New York Jets travel to Levi's Stadium to battle the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football in Aaron Rodgers' first game since tearing his Achilles tendon last year.
