Andy Robertson joins exclusive Scotland club with latest cap vs Poland đ
Andy Robertson has long been a key man for Scotland, and tonight he has become just the seventh player in the countryâs history to reach the 75-cap mark.
The Liverpool defender made his debut for the Tartan Army in September 2014, coincidentally against tonightâs opponents, Poland.
He became national team captain in 2018 under Alex McLeish, and has retained the position under Steve Clarke, leading his country to both EURO 2020 and EURO 2024.
McLeish is one of five players who has more caps than the 30-year-old left-back, alongside Paul McStay, Darren Fletcher, Jim Leighton, and Kenny Dalglish â he is now level on 75 with Craig Gordon.

Dalglish, who of course is arguably Liverpoolâs greatest ever player, has 102 caps to his name.
With several years still left in the tank for Robertson, could he overtake King Kenny in the near future?
