The deal will see Dansk make $775,000 at the NHL level.
The Stockholm, Sweden native spent last season playing for the Calgary Wranglers where he posted a record of 11-12-3 to go along with a 3.22 GAA and a .897 SV%.
Drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the second round of the 2012 NHL Draft, Dansk has appeared in six career NHL regular season games, putting up a 4-1-0 record, a 3.10 GAA and a .906 SV%.
With Dansk making his way to California, he will most likely start the season with the San Diego Gulls. The Ducks announced that Tomas Suchanek is out for six to eight months so Dansk is in prime position to get plenty of starts.
