Alisson returns! Liverpool name lineup for UCL clash with Girona

Liverpool have named their lineup for their Champions League clash away to Girona.

The big news is the return of Alisson to the starting lineup for the first time since the Brazilian keeper sustained a hamstring injury in early October.

Arne Slot is further buoyed by the presence of Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back as he continues his own injury return.

Elsewhere, Dominik Szoboszlai comes in for the suspended Alexis Mac Allister, and Luis Díaz replaces Cody Gakpo from the side that drew 3-3 at Newcastle prior to the postponed Merseyside derby.
