Alisson named in Liverpool's UCL squad for first time since injury

Alisson could make his Liverpool comeback in Tuesday's Champions League clash with Girona.

The Brazilian goalkeeper has not featured for Arne Slot's side since suffering a hamstring injury against Crystal Palace in October that sidelined him for two months.

But after taking part in team training ahead of the trip to Montilivi, Alisson has been named in the Reds' travelling party for the trip to Catalonia.

Squad in full: Alisson, Joe Gomez, Wataru Endo, Virgil van Dijk, Luis Díaz, Dominik Szoboszlai, Darwin Núñez, Mohamed Salah, Curtis Jones, Cody Gakpo, Harvey Elliott, Andy Robertson, Ryan Gravenberch, James McConnell, Vítězslav Jaroš, Caoimhin Kelleher, Trent Alexander-Arnold, James Norris, Jarell Quansah

Liverpool sit two points clear at the Champions League's summit after a 100% start to the league phase.
