Alexis Saelemaekers-Tammy Abraham swap between Roma and Milan at decisive moments
With approximately 48 hours remaining until the transfer window comes to close, Serie A giants Milan and Roma enter the decisive moments within the potential swap deal involving English forward Tammy Abraham and winger Alexis Saelemaekers.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports whilst both players have reached a personal agreement with their respective future clubs, both the Giallorossi and the Rossonerri are currently finalizing the structure of the deal.
The capital club express a great deal of interest in Alexis Saelemaekers as they view him as a great candidate to provide additional depth along the flanks. However, Roma seek the Belgian international with an additional €10m in transfer fees in order to let go of Abraham.
At this moment, the Milanese club have included a fee of €5m and Alexis Saelemaekers in their pursuit of the 26-year-old English international, whom they deem as the ideal profile to serve as a back-up to Spaniard Alvaro Morata.
With only a difference of €5m separating both clubs from reaching an agreement, the white smoke is expected to be reached as both teams will remain in contact to find a figure that pleases all parties involved.
