Chris Smalling is still undecided on what to do about his long-term future.

With only one year left on his contract with Roma and the prospect of scarce playing time under Daniele De Rossi, the English defender recently met with his agent to discuss the possibility of an exit before the end of the summer.

During this meeting, James Featherstone presented his client with an offer from Saudi Arabia.

More specifically, La Repubblica suggests the offer came from Al-Qadsiah who are ready to make him a long-term proposal.

Roma would not offer any resistance to his transfer: the club have already lined up Smalling’s replacement in Sevilla defender Loic Bade.
