Adam Fox Comes Together With NHL Rivals In Collab With Mets
New York Rangers defenseman Adam Fox made an appearance at Citi Field for the New York Mets game against the Cincinnati Reds today.
Growing up in New York, Fox was a die hard Mets fan who idolized third baseman David Wright so it’s no surprise he would come out to support the team.
He arrived at Citi Field early for the game and even received a signed bat from Mets center fielder Harrison Bader.
Along with Fox at the game were fellow local NHL players Anders Lee of the New York Islanders and Brett Pesce of the New Jersey Devils.
Fox, Lee and Pesce exchanged their hockey jerseys with Brandon Nimmo, David Peterson and Harrison Bader in exchange for their Mets jerseys.
It’s nice to see the hockey and baseball community come together in unison.
