AC Milan Women started off 2025 in brilliant fashion as they ran riot against Napoli at the PUMA House of Football, beating them 6-0.

Milan dominated possession and bagged an early opener when Renzotti’s effort was denied by Bačić but Ijeh played it across to Dompig who fired in. They got their second shortly after hitting the bar, as Piga found Ijeh who headed home.

Suzanne Bakker’s side extended their lead in the 33rd minute when Dompig converted a penalty after handball was given against Slišković. There was time for more goals in the first half as Arrigoni scored from the edge of the area then Cernoia sent a stunning free-kick sailing into the top corner.

Goal number six came in the 78th minute when Ijeh led a counter and fed Marinelli, who finished to make it 6-0. Marinelli did come close to making seven and there were other chances to make it even more convincing, but the response was good after the defeat to Lazio before the break.
