When AC Milan’s 125th anniversary shirt will be revealed to fans
AC Milan have released further details regarding the special edition 125th anniversary shirt that will be coming out.
As the official website report, the wait for the 125th anniversary shirt is almost over. Designed in collaboration with PUMA and chosen directly by the fans, the kit pays tribute to Rossoneri history and passion.
It will be officially unveiled on Thursday, December 5, ahead of the Club’s 125th Anniversary on December 16th, and will be worn by the players during the game against the Rossoblu at San Siro.
In the meantime, it’s already available for pre-order on the AC Milan Online Store but only in the ‘Authentic’ version, so it remains to be seen if a cheaper ‘Replica’ version will come out.
There are a number of different things planned to celebrate the fact that Milan will rack up a century-and-a-quarter of existence in December, which we have detailed in a previous article.
As a reminder, Milan announced the voting process for the 125th anniversary shirt last year, and the fans responded in great numbers.
The design is yet to be revealed by the club, but leaked images suggest a return to the very first badge used, and no PUMA or Emirates sponsor logo visible.
