Aberystwyth's Mathias denies Barry in Adran Premier

Lleucu Mathias denied Barry Town United as Aberystwyth Town held the visitors to a 1-1 Adran Premier draw.

Ingrid Aadland broke the deadlock for Barry in the 69th minute, but Mathias hit back six minutes later to level in the only game played in the competition on Sunday.

Barry Town lie fifth in the table, 13 points above second-from-bottom Aberystwyth.

Elsewhere two Genero Adran Trophy semi-finals fell victim to frozen pitches, The New Saints FC Women's encounter with Briton Ferry Llansawel as well as Wrexham against Swansea City.

Both games have been rearranged for Sunday, 19 January. The TNS-Briton Ferry league game scheduled for that day will also be rearranged.
