"This is the final call for all long-distance lovers," a voice-over for the trailer can be heard saying. "Please have your bank details and trust issues ready for boarding."

Featuring new cast Robert and Assel, Tionne and David, Shane and Mert, Michael and Mercy, Louise and Jose, Cristian and Rebekah and returning couple Alejandro and Kadie, the new trailer teases plenty of drama ahead.

Promising a turbulent season ahead, the trailer teases cynical reactions from family members and dramatic showdowns as the new couples get to know each other.

"It's money, that's all she wants you for," dad Robert is told by a family member in one clip about his relationship with Kazakhstan-born Assel.

There's also plenty of jealousy between the couples, with Tionne and David seen having a heated discussion in another clip.

"Do you see how disrespectful you are, can you hear yourself?!" Tionne tells her new partner, before adding: "Maybe we're not actually supposed to be in this relationship?"

Cristian and Rebekah also find themselves struggling, with Cristian becoming jealous after witnessing her belly dancing routine and walking out of the performance.

However, there is still plenty of hope for the couples, as Shane reflects on overcoming cultural divides in her relationship with Mert and the dangers they face as a couple.

"Our love for each other could get us killed," she says in one clip. "I couldn’t think of anyone better to put my life on the line for."

90 Day Fiancé UK will be available to stream on discovery+ from July 16.
