5A ALL-IDAHO PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Elijah Grimaldo
Vallivue, jr., M
The reigning 5A Southern Idaho Conference Player of the Year dominated with 26 goals and five assists for the state champions, including the opening goal in the championship match against Wood River. “Elijah is a fantastic player. Very skilled, very crafty,” Nampa coach Clifton Thomas said.

Huxley Hall
Sandpoint, jr., F
The Inland Empire League Player of the Year tallied 17 goals and eight assists for the state qualifiers.
Jaime Gaona
Columbia, sr., F
Finished his high school career with 102 goals, including 16 goals and five assists this season.
Javian Ballesteros
Blackfoot, sr., F
Led the Mustangs to the third-place trophy at the state tournament, contributing 13 goals and 10 assists.
Reidar Slotten
Wood River, jr., M
The Great Basin Conference Offensive Player of the Year had 12 goals and eight assists in 16 games.
Gio Labra
Blackfoot, jr., M
The central midfielder was dangerous on free kicks and totaled 10 goals and 10 assists for the Mustangs.
Hayden Gvozdas
Wood River, so., M
Known for delivering in big games, Gvozdas notched 10 goals with eight assists for the state runner-up.
Leopoldo Ayala
Vallivue, jr., D
Helped the Falcons limit opponents to just two goals at the state tournament as the anchor on the back line.
Zack Torres
Wood River, jr., D
The left outside back excelled in the tackle and even added four goals and two assists in the attack.
Mateo de la Torre
Wood River, jr., D
A second-team All-Idaho pick a year ago, the right outside back was a consistent defender, adding four assists.
Asher Adamson
Vallivue, sr., D
A top defender one-on-one with the physicality to match. He also scored one goal for the state champs.
Connor Blaisdell
Vallivue, sr., GK
Recorded six shutouts in 14 games for the state champs while making 42 saves with just six goals allowed.
