The 2024 fantasy football season is -- for most leagues -- approaching the trade deadline, so if you're contending or tanking for next year, it's time to start wheeling and dealing this week.

So let’s do some buying low and selling high ahead of Week 11 in the NFL as we get ready to see if your team is a contender or a pretender. Hopefully, this will help you be a contender (or, like I said, if you're tanking for next year in a keeper league).

Here’s a list of players who you should either trade for or trade away this week as you take a look at your lineup:

1. QB Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Trade for

He's coming off too meh games, he's got a bye this week ... but then he has one of the best strength of schedules of any QB.

2. WR Deebo Samuel, San Francisco 49ers: Trade for

There are more mouths to feed in San Francisco with Christian McCaffrey back, but Samuel will get his looks and carries down the stretch, especially with Brandon Aiyuk out.

3. RB Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings: Trade away

It's his age and he's been dinged up this year here and there, plus Cam Akers is getting some work.

4. WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks: Trade away

It's not him. And if you're in a dynasty or keeper league, hang on to him. But in redraft? D.K. Metcalf will be back.

5. RB Trey Benson, Arizona Cardinals: Trade for

This is specifically if you have James Conner -- seems like he's getting a lot more work and Conner is older. Go get him.

6. WR Amari Cooper, Buffalo Bills: Trade for

Great time to buy low with his injury. The Bills are playing the long game here and he might be a league winner down the road.
