Yahoo Sports 2025 Masters Tournament dates and schedule
It's the first men's major of the golf season. And it's probably the most anticipated one.
The Masters Tournament 2025 is coming in April and this year marks the 90th playing of one of the most revered events in the sport.
The week prior is the Augusta National Women's Amateur, which concludes on Saturday, April 5. On Sunday, April 6, it's the National Drive, Chip and Putt Contest. Masters Week officially starts on Monday, April 7.
When is the 2025 Masters?
The first two days of the week are practice rounds, Monday, April 7, and Tuesday, April 8. Wednesday, April 9 is the popular Par 3 Contest.
What are the 2025 Masters Tournament dates?
The first round is Thursday, April 10, with the second round on Friday, after which there will be a cut. The third round, aka "Moving Day," will be on Sat., April 12, with Sunday's final round on April 13.
CBS, ESPN will have live coverage of the 2025 Masters
CBS will enter its 70th year broadcasting the Masters. The network says the Masters is the longest-running sporting event broadcast on one network. For its cable partner, this will be the 18th time that ESPN has had live coverage of the first and second rounds. ESPN will also once again carry the Par 3 Contest live.
Last September, CBS and the Masters announced that the 2025 Masters will debut five additional hours of live coverage of the third and final rounds, stretching the total to 14 hours of weekend coverage on CBS and Paramount+. ESPN+ will also have live streaming.
