The 2024 NBA Finals continues as the Boston Celtics host the Dallas Mavericks for a highly anticipated Game 2 on Sunday at the TD Garden. The Celtics currently lead the best-of-three series 1-0.

The Celtics grabbed the first game in a 107-89 win, showcasing their determination and teamwork. Jaylen Brown led the Celtics with 22 points, while Kristaps Porzingis made a strong comeback, contributing 20 points, six rebounds and three blocks after being sidelined for over a month with a calf injury. Four other Boston players scored in double-digits, including Jayson Tatum, who had 16 points and 11 rebounds in the victory over Dallas.

Despite the loss, the Dallas Mavericks put up a strong fight. Luka Doncic showcased his prowess with an impressive 30 points and 10 rebounds. P.J. Washington also made a significant contribution with 14 points and eight rebounds in Game 1.
