2024 NBA draft final wrap-up: Antonio Reeves picked 47th; Edwards, Mitchell go undrafted
On Thursday, Antonio Reeves was the 50th NBA draft pick selected out of the University of Kentucky during the John Calipari era. That number was projected to reach 51 before Justin Edwards went undrafted, along with fellow former Wildcat Tre Mitchell.
Still, while Reeves is headed to the New Orleans Pelicans, Edwards also has an NBA destination lined up. Shortly after Thursday’s second round, NBA insider Shams Charania reported that Edwards has agreed to a two-way contract with his hometown Philadelphia 76ers.
