Shawinigan Cataractes (▲3): After a hot start to the season and a subsequent cooling period, the Cataractes have found their game again. The team won two of its three games last week, and have won seven of their last 10.
Cape Breton Eagles (▲3): The Eagles go undefeated in back-to-back weeks, entering the Top-8 for the first time this season.

Acadie-Bathurst Titan (▼3): The Titan were both responsible for their drop and victims of circumstance with this big drop. Sub .500 in their last 10, with the second least potent offense in the league and dropping their last two were a big reason for the fall. But, so were the surging Eagles and Cataractes.
Halifax Mooseheads (▼1): The Mooseheads may have only dropped one spot this week, but the former No. 2 ranked squad's decent has been long and gradual. Losing their last five, the team is now ranked outside the playoffs for the first time this season.
