(1-29-25) Wild Vs Maple Leafs: Game Preview, Line Combinations
The Minnesota Wild (29-17-4) continues its road trip with a game tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs (30-18-3) at Scotiabank Arena.
Ahead of its game against Toronto, the Wild made a few roster moves. Forward Kirill Kaprizov was placed on the Injured Reserve List, Defenseman Jonas Brodin was placed on Long-Term Injury Reserve and forward Ben Jones was recalled from the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Filip Gustavsson will start tonight for the Wild. Joseph Woll will start for the Maple Leafs. The Wild are on the front end of a back-to-back tonight. They play the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday.
Marc-Andre Fleury is confirmed as the Wild's starting goaltender tomorrow. Barring a Canadiens vs Wild Stanley Cup Final, it will be Fleury's last-ever game in Montreal.
