Former Hurricanes player alleges Peters physically abused him
Michal Jordan, a former Carolina Hurricanes defenceman that played under head coach Bill Peters, has come out with allegations against his former coach.
The skater that spent six seasons in the Hurricanes organization tweeted that Peters kicked him and punched another player in the head, in the middle of a game.
1) Never wish anything bad to the person but you get what you deserve Bill. After years making it to the NHL had experience with the worst coach ever by far.Kicking me and punching other player to the head during the game...

Frank Seravalli of TSN then reached out to Jordan immediately after the tweets, and the former player explained the situation in more detail.
"He kicked me pretty hard in the back during a game," Jordan told Seravalli. "Even the trainers and the other guys saw it."
"I was at that point in my career, like I just got there, so I couldn't say anything. I didn't want them to think I was crying. Me and my agent, we kept it secret. Now other guys are speaking out, so I felt like I could."
This all comes after another former player — Akim Aliu — came out and alleged Peters made racist comments towards him.
Peters remains the head coach of the Calgary Flames pending an investigation and was behind the Hurricanes’ bench from 2014 to 2018.
