Fourth-Place Medal

Shaun White seems to be having fun off the mountain in Sochi, according to a video he recently posted of his trip to the zoo this weekend. The U.S. Olympic snowboarder is seen checking out wolves and bison and boars, laughing and touching the animals’ noses in the one-minute video.

White is a social media maven, with more than 199,000 followers on Instagram and 61 videos posted on his YouTube channel, which are usually one- or two-minute mini-documentaries that offer a glimpse into White’s life while surfing with friends, riding the slopes, noshing on grub and visiting morning talk shows. The San Diego native also has 1.3 million followers on Twitter. A recent tweet of White dressed as an astronaut was favorited more than 2,800 times.
