Roman Horak misses insanely wide open net in KHL (Video)

Here is your daily dose of former NHL player does something funny in the KHL and can be mocked because of the league's easily accessible videos and amazing camera angles.

Roman Horak, nice job totally missing the net for Vityaz against Sochi... and missing horribly. The video? Oh yes please:

Oh that is glorious on so many levels. Look at how incredibly open that net is. So amazingly open. It's asking Horak: "Shoot the puck into me. Please!"

But alas, Horak pumps it wide. The Google Translate of the video title is: "Amazing Horak miss the empty gates / Roman Horak misses wide-open net"

The Amazing Horak! The empty gates! Sounds like a superhero movie mixed with a World War II plotline.

Amazing was probably not exactly what Edmonton fans were calling him when he decided to bolt for the KHL. But at least the Oilers should feel better that Horak opted to leave.
