P.K. Subban's power play goal in double OT helps Canadiens beat Bruins (Video)

If Round 1 of the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs taught us anything, it's that no lead is safe, especially a 2-0 one. In Thursday's Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinal, the Montreal Canadiens found out, but were saved by P.K. Subban in the end.

In double overtime, and the Canadiens on the power play, Subban beat Tuukka Rask with a blast from the point to give Montreal a 4-3 victory and 1-0 series lead:

The Canadiens couldn't shake the Bruins in Game 1. A 2-0 second period lead evaporated in a four-minute span early in the third period. When Francis Bouillon scored his first playoff goal in six years to put Montreal ahead 3-2 with 7:51 to go, Boston answered six minutes later to force overtime.

Subban's winner was his second of the game on the power play. It wouldn't have been possible without the heroics of Carey Price, who made 48 saves, a handful of the highlight-reel variety.

Boston's three goals only got beat Price due to the fact he was screened in front by his own man on each one. If he saw it, he was stopping it.

"In my opinion, he's the best goalie in the world," Subban told Hockey Night in Canada afterward.

"Without Carey Price, I don't know if we're even in this game."
