Who are the teams off the best starts in the NHL? Who are the teams that are somewhat less impressive?

Every other week, Yahoo Sports will be bringing you NHL power rankings as voted on by the Y Sports staff and Puck Daddy editors. Please keep in mind these rankings were created prior to Tuesday night’s games.

At the top of our ranking this week: The Tampa Bay Lightning, who look determined to not be a bridesmaid this season. Right behind them are the New York Rangers and the San Jose Sharks.

The Boston Bruins, meanwhile, bring up the rear.
