Katie Nolan tries out for NY Riveters on ‘Garbage Time,’ falls down a lot (Video)

Katie Nolan of ‘Garbage Time’ – a program on Fox Sports 1 that you really need to seek out and watch, watch, watch – used to play youth hockey.

So after hearing about the new National Women’s Hockey League, she decided to test her skills against those of the New York Riveters in a tryout.

She falls down. A lot. But she almost scores! Almost.

In the end, it appears as though Nolan’s work ethic and hustle are lauded, but that she’s “not any good.” Imagine how the different the Randy Carlyle Toronto Maple Leafs would have been had he only learned those words!

“Garbage Time” is on Wednesday at midnight on Fox Sports 1.
