So let's say you're a San Francisco hockey fan, but you're tired of watching others score. Well fret no more, lonely person, because the ECHL's San Francisco Bulls have got you covered. Wednesday, February 6 is "Wrangle a Date Wednesday", where 30 lucky individuals will be given the opportunity to speed-date all first period long.

If you're hoping to come away from the evening with a second date that's longer than a few minutes, it would appear the Bulls recommend trying a strong forecheck:

Kudos to this young lady for abandoning the Jacques Lemaire approach to love. You simply can't wait for them to come to you. Do that and you'll spend the whole evening hemmed in your own zone.

And kudos to that guy for getting a date despite his obsessive-compulsive need to wear a blocker at all times.
