The New York Giants cruised to a 38-10 win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night, but they did not emerge from the game unscathed. No. 2 running back Andre Brown suffered a broken fibula after a 16-yard run with just over 11 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

The 6-foot, 224-pound Brown has 73 carries for 385 yards on the season, about half the production of starting running back Ahmad Bradshaw, but has a team-high eight touchdowns, including one in each of the Giants' last five games, as the short-yardage/goal-line back. With Brown out, the team will turn to 2012 first-round pick David Wilson, who has 24 carries for 102 yards and a touchdown in very limited duty this season.

"It's going to be a tough loss," Giants quarterback Eli Manning said according to Dan Graziano of ESPN New York. "He's an important player for us. But Ahmad's been running well, and we're going to have to get the rookie tuned up and ready to go."
