Eli Manning's sad face was the most popular highlight of the fourth quarter

Was it hard for you to get through the second half of Sunday's Super Bowl blowout?

Well, imagine what it was like to be Eli Manning. The New York GIants quarterback was in a darned-if-you-do, darned-if-you-don't situation while watching the game from a suite at MetLife Stadium. The media would have had a  field day had he left his seat during Seattle's dismantling of his brother's Denver Broncos. And if he stayed? Well, there was 100 percent chance of another #ManningFace meme.

Manning chose the latter option and when Fox cameras caught him late in the fourth quarter, his downtrodden look was immediatly looped and GIFed so much that his name trended on Twitter, even though he hadn't taken a snap all day.

Way to take one for the team, Eli.

With two Super Bowl titles to Peyton Manning's one, Eli still has the upper hand when it comes to family dinner trash talk. But given how close the Manning family is, it's not surprising to see Eli looking so sad for his older brother.

Of course, it's also not surprising to see the Internet turning their misfortune into a feeding frenzy, either.
