Brandon Jacobs, Kevin Kolb headline 49ers, Cardinals inactive lists

San Francisco 49ers left tackle Joe Staley is active and will start against the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night.

Staley suffered a concussion during a Week 6 loss to the New York Giants, but was cleared to play against the Seattle Seahawks a few days later. An illness had Staley limited on Thursday and Saturday and out of practice entirely on Friday.

While Staley will play, the 49ers will once again be without wide receiver A.J. Jenkins and running back LaMichael James, their top two picks in the 2012 NFL Draft. Neither have played a down this season.

The Cardinals will be without former 49ers offensive lineman Adam Snyder, who had been listed as "questionable" with a quadriceps injury.
