The signing of five-star Georgia athlete Demetris Robertson was a big deal for Cal. Stuff like the 63-inch box jump in this video from @CalBearStrength shows you why. He should make an instant impact this fall.

Penn State tight end Nick Bowers showed that big guys can be great athletes too. Bowers, a redshirt freshman, is listed at 6-foot-4 and 265 pounds. Still, he leaps over teammate Tyler Shoop with ease. Impressive.

Speaking of Penn State, the Nittany Lions announced a future home-and-home series with Auburn: 2021 at Beaver Stadium and 2022 at Jordan Hare. Penn State also announced future home games with Buffalo and Ball State.

To accommodate the game at PSU, Auburn moved a previously scheduled game at Cal to a later date.

Auburn defensive lineman Justin Thomas-Thornton, a four-star 2014 recruit, told Al.com that he will transfer to Northwest Mississippi Community College.

This is very important:

Jim Harbaugh hit the bootleg jersey rack in L.A. before a trip to Hawaii for a satellite camp. He had to rep Marcus Mariota in the Aloha State.

Texas officially announced the additions of former Baylor signees J.P. Urquidez and Donovan Duvernay.

Another former Baylor signee, four-star lineman Patrick Hudson, will reportedly make his decision later in the week. Texas is in the mix for Hudson, too.

Houston defensive back Howard Wilson was granted a medical redshirt for the 2015 season. He injured his knee in the third game of the season. He played in 13 games as a freshman in 2014, finishing with 48 tackles and three interceptions.

Kansas State showcased the updates to Bill Snyder Family Stadium. It looks great.

Beer sales are now available for fans at Heinz Field for Pitt games.

Florida WR Alvin Bailey will reportedly transfer to the FCS level.
