Nick Saban threw out the first pitch at the Alabama-Auburn baseball game over the weekend (Video)
Last year’s Iron Bowl was a tough one for Nick Saban and company as Auburn pulled out a last-second victory in dramatic fashion.
Over the weekend, the Crimson Tide hoped to get some revenge, but this time it was on the baseball field and Nick Saban was in attendance to throw out the first pitch at Sewell-Thomas Stadium Friday night.
Saban’s pitch came in a little high, but he showed off a pretty good arm.
The Crimson Tide dropped the first game of the three game series that night, but rebounded to win the final two games to take the series and maybe ease the sting from the devastating loss on the gridiron.
Only 229 days until the 2014 Iron Bowl on November 29 at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
