AJ McCarron’s chest tattoo is back and bigger than ever (PHOTO)

About a year and a half ago, the college football world "Oooo'd" and "Ahhh'd" (or cringed) over the ostentatious chest tattoo of Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron.

Well, we're happy to report that it's only gotten better in the past 18 months.

What started out as a picture of Jesus and verbal tributes to himself and his family in the middle of his chest has now taken over the entire upper region of his body.

Doves carrying olive branches have been added, as have the words "God in Control," "Home Team" and "MVP."

What was already a not-so-subtle tattoo has morphed into something for which no one was prepared. And just think, if Alabama beats Notre Dame in the national championship next month, he'll have all sorts of new things to add to that, um, body art.
