Mad Dash: Amazing story emerges about Blackhawks goalie's generosity

Maybe you don't know much about Chicago Blackhawks goalie Scott Darling, but we guarantee after you hear this story, you're going to like him a lot. Twitter user Kane Van Gate shared the inspiring tale, told to him by his Uber driver, who said he once gave Darling and another passenger a ride. The other passenger was a man who had fallen on hard times, and Darling had the man driven to a hotel, paid for a room for a month so the man could get back on his feet, and even grabbed some groceries for him. Darling humbly confirmed the story that only makes him more likeable. Pretty cool.

Intentionally missing a free throw is a desperate ploy to win a basketball game that's in dire straits. It hardly ever works, unless it works like this. University of Rochester guard Sam Borst-Smith missed his free throw, got the rebound, and fired off to Mack Montague, who promptly buried the game-winner. Just like they drew it up, right?

We can all be honest and say Sunday's Super Bowl was kind of boring, right? Well, don't worry, the Taiwanese animation is an upgrade in many ways. This is just a short snippet, but trust us, the full thing at least rivals that halftime show.
